Cretedfor my parents 40th Wedding Anniversary, I had free range which is always the best time to create cake (but also-I think- the most nerve wracking!)
I loved creating & making this!
Hand making the all those roses was so time consuming!
Then middle tier was air brushed gold
The top tier saw sugar crystaled in red sugar
10" vanilla, 8" lemon, 6" carrot cake
