My first 4 tier wedding cake from home. A lot of learning with this one, a lot of tears lol. I had so much fun making this cake though and am very happy with how it came out. Top tier is red velvet, bottom 3 tiers and the 4 sheet cakes that were made to cut up in back were vanilla. Iced in buttercream with fresh organic roses on top. This cake and sheet cakes fed over 500 people! Talk about pressure lol. Luckily I have a fantastic friend Kristin who stayed up baking with me and helping put on final details, as well as an amazing fiend Marissa with Memories To Cherish who came to help set up and took photos. <3
