I know this one is an older cake, but I had to post it! The almost life size trophy is made of rice crispies and covered in our homemade fondant/gumpaste. Each half of the jersey/t-shirt is our signature carrot cake with a cream cheese buttercream and decorated with a hand-cut logo for each team. The hand-cut New York skyline silhouette surrounds the jersey. All you see is edible!
