Chocolate sponge cake covered with fondant. Then shaped to look like a book. While covering the pages with cling film I sprayed the outside of the book to match the front cover with my airbrush. Attaching the edible cover was tricky as I only had one attempt. I covered the board in brown fondant and used the wood embosser to create the effect. I also made some matching cupcakes to go with this cake.
