One of my first forays into modeling chocolate. This was also the cake where I realized that green and purple make an excellent gray! (I also learned, with this one, to always take a deposit. Didn’t even get paid in full for this, ugh!)

Cake was marble, covered and layered with dark chocolate ganache. All tools and accessories were made from modeling chocolate.
