This was a cake for my friend’s Mom (Peacock) & son’s (Castle/Dragon) combined birthday celebration. I love doing these 2 sided cakes! I should have used a bigger drum & then could have made the dragon better. I think I got the peacock idea from a newsletter from a UK magazine.
