I made this cake for a little girl’s third birthday. It was a 6 inch chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache, made to go with matching beauty and Beast cupcakes. I made the stained glass using piping gel with black royal icing outlines, it was extremely laborious, but very much worth it!
