This cake is made to celebrate the birthday of a one-year old boy who is in love with the baby Einstein shows. The cake is organic chocolate cake with gluten-free chocolate syrup covered with vanilla frosting. The octopus, turtle and the toys are all hand-sculpted made of fondant. Hope you like it :)
