Icing Smiles is an organization that bakers volunteer to make cakes for children with serious medical conditions. The cake was made to look like the little girls dress. She was dressed like a princess. The tiara was made using the Wilton scroll mold and gumpaste. The ruffles and bows were all made from modeling chocolate.
