Happy and bright is how to discribe this cake and the person it is made for to celebrate her 30th. Wanted to make it special as she is so very special to me. Tiers 8", 6", 4", chocolate cake with passionfruit filling. Frosted in swiss meringue buttercream, then wrapped in modeling chocolate. Circles modeling chocolate as well. The cake push-ups that accompanied the cake were vanilla bean with pineapple cream filling. Cake inspired by Charm City Cakes. Thanks for looking.
