I was so pleased to be given free rein with this cake so I decided on a Topsy Turvy Graduation Cake for the Class of 2015. The cake is iced in the school colours with the eight class names on wires with school crest on the board. The three tiers consist of Chocolate Biscuit, Chocolate Fudge and Chocolate Maderia.
