This cake was designed as per the brides instruction, Vintage Lace, Green & Roses. Set up at Western House Hotel, Ayr.
Bottom tier was Carrot Cake with Vanilla Buttercream, 2nd tier Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream & caramel, 3rd tier Vanilla sponge with raspberry jam & buttercream, top tier lemon sponge with raspberry jam & buttercream. All cakes crumb coated with ganache before applying sugarpaste.
