My customer took her 10 year old son and his buddies to see the new Poltergeist movie on opening night and wanted the scary clown as his cake. I carved a 14" square into the head shape and outlined the facial features with cake putty (cake pop material) frosted, covered it with fondant and hand painted all the details. I still haven’t figured out how to get the awesome hair to stand out. Any suggestions for next time would be appreciated. This was so much fun to make! Thank you for looking.
