Loved making this one. The couple requested a cake that appears to have been excavated by a little digger topper. We went with vanilla cakes half covered in a traditional fondant style and the other halves covered in a rough coat of Dark Belgian Chocolate ganache. Digger contains inedible support to keep it rigid.
