This is my first attempt at a hand painted portrait in sugar. I followed the tutorials from the uber talented Shawna McGreevy and made a cut out sugar paste plaque. The portrait was painted with air brush colours. The remainder of the cake is simple to let the design take center stage..just a sparkle of sanding sugar for a sweet little Sophie who is turning 4 and dreams of being a princess..:)
