This was an unusual request & a 1st for me. Although a little out of the box for me, I accepted the challenge. When it was completed, I felt like I had delivered like a boss…a cake boss that is…lol. Cake is a 2 layer 8" WASC w/almond buttercream frosting. Rat is hand painted on a thinly rolled 8" circle of fondant which was then placed on top of the cake before borders were added.
