The 6 year old birthday girl was very specific in what she wanted in a cake…Pink, Hello Kitty with her friends playing at the park together. So, I took it a step further and made it a “candy park”….because what child wouldn’t love a candy park? ;). Every piece of play equipment has some sort of candy part. The trees have tootsie roll bases, the slide is an airhead and so on. Everything is edible except the swing-structure and ropes (Which are paper straws and bakers twine). Chocolate cake w/ a Vanilla SMB made to look like cotton candy…because that was another request of the birthday girl, covered in fondant. Totally fun cake!

The 2nd pic is her little brother’s cake. He loves his iPad (which Kerropi is sitting atop). This was essentially a smash cake. 4" Vanilla w/ vanilla SMB.
