Stump is made from three 10" cake rounds filled with buttercream and iced in white chocolate ganache, finally covered with thick sections of fondant for the bark texture. The owl is made from three 6" cakes carved to the owl shape and iced in salted caramel buttercream. Owl decor is also fondant. Cupcakes are vanilla and chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel drizzle. YUM!
