This cake was for my friend who gave me very few guidelines for her cake. The whole thing was pretty much a surprise for the bride & groom as all she said was the wedding colors are shades of purple and that she loves butterflies. It was a great opportunity for me to try some things for the first time.
1st. Cake lace wrap, 1st. Double barrel tier and 1st. fondant ruffle roses, lilac velvet cake /vanilla smbc and vanilla cake/creme brulee smbc.
The orchids on the top were not the flowers that were expected but what the florist left for me at the venue so I had to quickly improvise.
