Next month i am going to graduate as a baker, pattisier and chocolatier. This is my graduation work. Harry Potter was my theme. I have made the sorting had in cake, the center piece is completely made of chocolate. I’ve made macarons and brownies, 5 kinds of chocolate pralines and a big and 6 small caramelmousse cakes.
