Hey there, I made this cake for my dear friend Maren, who is spending a year abroad in New Zealand. She is a big Hobbit Fan, so i tried to design a cake that would probably make her happy. Indeed, it did! This was my second Fondant cake, it took me a looong time, because I am still very slow :) It is filled with a lemon cream and covered by a cream cheese- lemon- buttercream.
