Wanted to give my friends coming in from Australia a great cake as they are my biggest fans of my cakes. They said they wanted something swaggie, for those of you who don’t sweak Australian :) that is an old man that dresses a particular way with an old hat hanging with bottle corks and a swag (bag) over his shoulder. I had an Aussie animal book that had some great pictures in it plus one with a swaggie on it so decided I would use that for my inspiration. I hand painted all the pictures and used an edible image for the flag.
