Personalised vintage suitcase stack

A Springtime twist on my popular suitcase stack cake, decorated with vintage travel stickers representing destinations special to the bride and groom. This particular version featured Madrid, Cuba, Hong Kong, Oxford and York, amongst other locations.

The daisies on the cake board reflect daisies in the bride’s bouquet.

This cake was a surprise for the bride and groom – ordered by the bride’s parents, so they had no idea what they were getting! I worked with the parents to create something fun and a little different from a formal traditional wedding cake, whilst still fitting in with the theme of the wedding (1920s garden party).
