This has to have been one of the most fun cakes, I’ve had to make. I was a kid in a candy store…but seriously how can you not have fun picking at this? Then there’s that moment when you realize, you still have to eat the cake too! This is an all buttercream, chocolate cake filled with a layer of melted milk chocolate, a layer of buttery caramel with big chunks of shortbread cookies that have been drizzled with more melted chocolate. Totally decadent!
