A fun cake for a 60th surprise birthday party! Mom is a HUGE Duke fan and her daughters wanted something special for her birthday.

This cake uses a PVC internal structure. I learned the method from Alissa Newlin at Create it With Cake. I used my silhouette cameo to cut the Duke Devil and 60. I think weaving the basketball net took the longest!
