I was giving a briefing by my client, I was told it must be iced in white and it must have bows. I kept that theme going on in my head and the image I had in my head matches the finished cake you see here. I simply adorned the pink ribbon with a strip of diamantes and used tiny diamantes for the name and date. These are not edible but have been put on to items that are not directly on the cake.

I am thrilled to bits with how stunning and elegant it is, My client was over the moon!
