I made this for my daughters baby shower. The round tier was a Root Beer cake with a cream cheese frosting. The hexagon tier was a vanilla cake with raspberry filling and vanilla bean buttercream. The petal tier was a dark chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and chocolate ganache. Decorated with marshmallow fondant, dragees and rolled roses.
