This was a very last minute cake order from a previous client. All she knew was that the birthday girl likes Coach handbags and red. They didn’t want a large handbag cake and left the design up to me. Truth be told, it was my first time making a handbag out of cake and I even forgot the Coach logo on the flap :( No one seemed to notice but each time I see it I cringe. Loved how it turned out though.
