This is my favorite cake I’ve done so far. I’ve come a long way from when I first started 4 years ago and this cake was a challenge to myself to do another T-rex and do it better than 3 years ago. It is made of vanilla cake, fresh strawberry filling, vanilla buttercream, rice krispy treats, and marshmallow fondant. The eyes & teeth are fondant as well. I airbrushed it with americolor warm brown, black, and silver.
