The brief was to copy the dinosaur invitations, so we sculpted this head purely out of chocolate mud cake and fondant of course. A long process, but well worth the many hours. We love this ferocious fellow, he was devoured wholeheartedly by young Giuseppe who took lots of “selfies” with his dinosaur buddy!!
