Snowman cake created for our chemistry department Christmas potluck. Gingerbread cake with gingerbread icing. The imperfections in the fondant are on purpose to resemble rolled snowballs & the colors of his scarf are those of Acadia University. We affectionately named him Elliott after the chemistry building. All details are made from fondant. (November 2014)
