Wedding cake with gumpaste gerbera daisies & fondant “ribbon”. This was my first time making gerbers & I’m pretty happy with how they turned out. The bottom & top tiers are cream cheese pound cake with vanilla bean buttercream & the middle tier is cocoa banana cake with chocolate buttercream. (October 2014)
