I made this wedding cake for one of my friends, l three tiers are cake, bottom is vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream, middle is carrot cake and the top tier is coconut cake with a lemon and coconut buttercream,
I made all the flowers from sugar paste, I’m really pleased how they came out seeing as I have never done any other flowers apart from roses before, and finished off with edible pearls and sugar lace.
