I created this for a fundraiser for the Royal Childrens Hospital good Friday appeal. Inside is my ultimate chocolate cake, filled and coated with dark chocolate ganache. Standing at 25 inches tall and featuring edible lace and modeling chocolate flowers and bow.
I think it is my favorite so far. I am thrilled to say it raised $330 for this worthy cause.
