A chocolate Easter basket cake filled with two layers of chocolate buttercream and piped basket weave on the sides with green fondant grass on top with a hand modelled Easter bunny and wired flowers and berries.

I made this in collaboration with some work colleagues for our office morning tea. My colleagues contributed the treats to top my cake – ‘hot cross bun’ style macarons and chocolate Easter eggs.
