I was extremely nervous putting this cake together. This is by far, the biggest cake I have ever done. I chose to do it a little differently than the ones I was looking at for months. The castle is a candle holder. The icicles are from a flower arrangement. The stairs were purchased from my local bake store. The cake alone, is a blueberry, with multi layers of strawberry, lemon and cream cheese fillings with blueberry SMBC. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
