Bride requested a cake with flowers, ribbons, and some bling. Cake sizes are 12, 10, 8, 6, and 4 1/2 inch. There were also two cutting cakes. All cakes are iced with swiss meringue buttercream, wrapped with white modeling chocolate, adorned with satin ribbon, then decorated with sugar paste flowers. Flowers were originally going to be white chocolate, but due to the extreme heat (110), went with sugar flowers. Flavors included vanilla bean with lemon curd filling, chocolate with rich chocolate swiss meringue buttercream, and vanilla bean with pineapple cream filling. Thanks for looking.
