I absolutely loved making this cake, it was my 1st attempt at a modern car…I’ve only made classic cars so far.
I made it as a surprise for a friend of ours and even got to take it to his party in person and celebrate with him which was brilliant :-).
It is a 12 inch base cake topped with a hand sculpted jaguar which was carved from two 8 inch cakes. I also created hand sculpted sugar versions of their beautiful dogs to guard the car.
