This tiny snow slope was built from three 6" square cake layers. It’s marble cake with vanilla BC.
Trees are fondant cones snipped with tiny scissors to give texture. Tubers are fondant. Snow piles are buttercream icing, and all got a dusting of powdered sugar “snow”.
