12-10-8 inch tiers for a grooms cake I did in 1990. I remember this one as it was at a country club where we catered all their events for a year. I decided to go back to my regular business after that, as it was a little further from my regular business location. It was fantastic experience though! and they loved our food and desserts.
I frosted this cake smooth in chocolate BC and added scrollwork. then placed the wooden Mallard ducks that they had made to keep.
*Mallard ducks mate for life, this is why they chose this theme for the grooms cake, as it is a tradition in their family.
I frosted white grapes, and used fresh greenery on the cake.
