I made this cake for my grandson’s 4th birthday party. All edible. Th Death Star was made from rice krispies treats covered in fondant. I added hundreds of tiny sprinkles with tweezers for the lights. I was inspired by the Royal Bakery’s Star Wars cupcakes. Thanks to Nancy’s Cakes and Beyond for giving me advice with using edible images, and how to achieve the grey fondant for the Death Star (I kept getting more of a purple than grey). I even found Star War’s scrapbook paper to cover the board using Peggy Does Cakes method.

Awesome job, Toni! My oldest grandson is a Star Wars nut and would love this cake!
Thank you Linda. It was a fun cake to make, but the tiny sprinkle “lights” on the Death Star took a long time!
