Closing the Gap is a federal government Aboriginal health initiative in the promotion of better health for Aboriginal people. This cake is in celebration of Closing the Gaps first birthday in the Shoalhaven and Illawarra. The cake is approximately a metre long and created for the Aboriginal Medical Service.
