This cake nearly broke my spine, it was so heavy!
It consists of:
Fruit cake
Coffee cake with vanilla buttercream
Chocolate sponge with chocolate fudge icing
Vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam
(decorated with Tuxedo strawberries, hand piped royal icing on the brides side and hand drizzled chocolate on the grooms side)
