100% yellow rose buttercream Anniversary cake
This was a 3-tier buttercream cake with BC yellow roses and rose buds.
This was several years ago.
***If you notice in a lot of my pictures, before internet, there were not as many designs to choose from. So, a lot of brides, would come in and look at an album and choose from those designs. As you can tell, some of the same were very popular. Now, I do have more of a variety in my most recent pics, when internet photo’s really became more of an inspiration for bride to look at different designs. I also noticed, as more artists came into cake decorating, the designs are such a broad range of choices. Makes cake decorating more exciting!

I agree When I worked in a bakery they picked from the books and there were only so many designs , and the cake world just keeps expanding and changing.. i remember when there was no such thing as a wafer paper flowers and this year they are like boom! the new rage.. There are always so many things to learn and with the internet it lets us all connect and share our ideas .. so the sky is the limit :) but you do beautiful piping <3 love xoxoo
