This cake was an 8 inch chocolate cake covered in ganache. It is the tradition for the family with a baby who turns 1 month old, to have the cake with some red eggs theme. Red symbolises luck and the egg symbolises life. The mother loves Hello Kitty. So, i had this idea to make a hello kitty with a basket of red eggs, and some birds to guard the eggs :)
