I’m so happy that I found your page. Your work is awesome!!!
I’m hoping that you can help me out… I bake for pleasure and for charitable occasions. I work in an Orthopedic Trauma theatre and we have a ‘STAND UP FOR CANCER’ event where I was asked to bake a cake to raise £££. I’m thinking of making a knee replacement cake, but I’ve not done anything like this before, and can’t find any help online. I’ve seen the cake you made and it’s AMAZING!! Is there any way that you could help me please to make it (a tutorial?) and give me permission to use it? The event is on the 30th of April.
