My 2nd Frozen Cake so far! Hand made Olaf sitting on top with some snowflakes and a squashed Sven at the bottom! The middle tier was made using the bunting cutter that I bought from Lindys Cakes, I thought it looked quite icy!

The cakes are chocolate sponge with chocolate spread, chocolate buttercream and Belgian milk chocolate ganache.
