I was very happy to revisit one of my favorite cake designs so far. This time I filled the flower pot with even more tulips and leaves, painted the pot to add a lovely shine as well as added a Happy Anniversary painted banner. Cake is 7 torted layers of vanilla cake brushed with raspberry jam and layered with dark chocolate ganache. The “dirt” is the scraps from carving the flower pot shape squished together until the ganache coated the crumb. Best dirt Ive ever tasted! :o)
