This is all sculpted cake, used modelling chocolate to sculpt to face. I made this in the middle of a hot, humid Iowa summer day. The humidity was believable, air conditioning couldn’t keep up, but it worked in my favor. I airbrushed it, and once it got exposed to outside air it began to sweat. I love how it turned out with the sheen , usually not so lucky.
