Aged to Perfection

this is my 2nd cake working with fondant. Its a 50th topsy turvy birthday cake – top layer covered in dark chocolate covered strawberries surrounding a petite champagne bottle, butter cream basket weave for the top layer. 2nd layer covered in fondant over ganache covered cake, with saying on each side – aged to perfection, vintage 1964, #fierce and fabulous@50, age gets better with wine. The bottom layer is simply marbled fondant over chocolate ganache covered cake. Decorated with grapes and fondant leaves. Everyone loved it, and I was satisfied with my 2nd attempt at working with fondant.
